A brand living in the DMs.
Make Them Jealous had everything a fashion brand dreams of: one-of-a-kind reworked pieces, a distinct aesthetic, and customers who genuinely loved the drops. What it didn't have was infrastructure.
Every sale happened manually through Instagram messages. No webshop, no payment flow, no email list, no data. Growth was capped not by demand — but by the hours in Yohanna's day. Since then, revenue has grown more than 15x. The exact numbers stay between us and the tax office.
The full machine, from scratch.
We didn't start with ads. We started with the foundation that makes ads worth running:
- Shopify store built from the ground up — design, structure and checkout, with a custom currency selector for selling across markets
- Payment gateways configured for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore
- Email marketing — full Klaviyo setup with automated flows that sell while she sleeps
- Server-side tracking — so every scaling decision is made on data we actually trust
- Content workflows — internal processes so weekly drops feed the marketing engine automatically
The best ROAS I've ever seen.
With the foundation in place, paid social got an unfair advantage: unique products, a locked-in audience and tracking that told the truth. The result: an ad account that averaged a 19.77x ROAS across the entire year of 2025 — with periods running at 25–28x. The strongest account I've seen in 7+ years of media buying.
That performance is what let us scale the ad budget by +300% over 12 months — profitably, without the usual efficiency collapse. And paid is only half the engine: the brand now pulls 1.4M+ organic Pinterest views every month, feeding the funnel for free, on top of a stable 1.5% conversion rate across the store.
From 3 countries to the world.
Make Them Jealous now sells in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore — and we're building the international store to open Europe and the USA next. Same playbook: infrastructure first, then fuel.
